👋 About Me
I’m a PhD student in the Department of Computer Science at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Lausanne (EPFL), where I am fortunate to be co-advised by Prof. Antoine Bosselut and Prof. Alexander Mathis. I’m also honored to be a Boehringer Ingelheim Fonds PhD Fellow supporting my research on multimodal language models for behavior understanding. Previously, I interned at Google DeepMind, where I studied social reasoning in large language models.
Broadly, I am interested in building AI systems that reason reliably about complex, dynamic worlds. My current research focus is on omni-modal uncertainty learning and evaluation, with the goal of making foundation models more reliable in high-uncertainty, real-world settings. I develop benchmarks and methods to assess and improve model robustness across modalities. I also work on video world models, video-language models for behavior understanding, and efficient information extraction.
Beyond my academic research, I enjoy learning about diverse topics including evolution (of everything from biology to language and culture), and science communication.
